The Azerbaijan eVisa fee through this service is USD 59 for standard processing and USD 130 for urgent processing. Those are the final amounts you pay us — nothing is added at the end.
Azerbaijan eVisa fee: what you pay
Each price is a single total covering one application. Part of it is refundable and part is not, as set out below.

An application can cover more than one traveller. The price above applies per application, and you choose standard or urgent when you apply.
Refundable and non-refundable amounts
- Standard, USD 59 — USD 30 is non-refundable and USD 29 is refundable.
- Urgent, USD 130 — USD 70 is non-refundable and USD 60 is refundable.

Applying directly through the official portal
You do not have to use a service like ours. The Republic of Azerbaijan operates its own electronic visa portal, and applying there is a separate route with its own charges.
Azerbaijan’s visa rules are published by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs — Visa Information.
According to the official Azerbaijan eVisa portal, that route costs:
- USD 20 — the state fee. The portal states this is charged for reviewing a visa application and is non-refundable.
- USD 9 — the portal’s own service fee, payable in addition to the state fee.
- USD 29 in total for the direct route.
The official portal states that its payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and JCB, and that the card does not have to be in the applicant’s name. Those are the official portal’s own arrangements, not ours.
Are the official fees added to your price?
No. USD 59 and USD 130 are the totals you pay us.
The USD 20 state fee and USD 9 portal service fee belong to the official portal’s direct route. They are not added to our price at checkout, and they are not a second bill to expect later. If you apply through us you pay our total; if you apply directly through the official portal you pay theirs.
Choosing between the two routes
The difference is what you are paying for. Applying directly through the official portal costs less because you are paying the government’s charges and doing the work yourself — checking that you are eligible, preparing the details, and making sure every entry matches your passport exactly. Our price covers that preparation and checking before an application is submitted.
If you are comfortable completing an official form and your case is straightforward, the direct route is the cheaper option and we would rather say so plainly. If you would prefer the application prepared and checked for you, that is what the Azerbaijan eVisa fee on this page pays for.
Paying for your application
Payment is made online as part of the application. We begin work once the payment has cleared, so an application that has not been paid for is not yet in progress — you can see that reflected in what each application status means.
What the price does and does not mean
Paying for an application pays for the work of preparing and submitting it. It is not a payment for a visa, and it does not guarantee that one will be issued — that decision is not ours to make.
