Use of Website

evisa.co.az is a private, non-governmental agency that is owned by an independent enterprise offering electronic visa assistance and support. By using this website, applicants acknowledge that they are not permitted to reuse, download, modify, copy or redistribute any part of the information included on evisa.co.az and also concedes to use the services provided by evisa.co.az strictly for their personal use.

Personal Data

User information may be collected by evisa.co.az when visiting the site and may then be stored in our databases. This information could include:

• Contact details: Email address and phone number
• Personal information: Full name, address, date and place of birth
• Passport information: Issuance and expiration date, document number, and a scan of the data page
• Travel information: Arrival date, purpose of visit and where you will be staying
• Connection information: A one-way hash of the IP address and browser identifier the application was made from
• Payment record

How that information is used, how long it is kept and what happens to it afterwards is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Identity Verification

To ensure the security and legitimacy of visa applications, evisa.co.az reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification from applicants. This may include, but is not limited to:

• A clear copy of the applicant’s passport data page
• Proof of travel arrangements (flight bookings, accommodation reservations)
• Additional identification documents as deemed necessary

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the application.

evisa.co.az reserves the right to reject applications suspected of identity fraud, document forgery, or other fraudulent activities. Such cases may be reported to relevant authorities.

Payment Processing

Payment Gateway

Payments are handled by an authorised third-party payment service provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s own payment page: we do not receive them, and no card number, expiry date or security code is held anywhere in our systems.

Fee Structure

You pay a single price for your application. We do not collect a separate government charge, and no tax, booking fee or other amount is added at checkout.

• Priced per traveller. Each processing option — standard or urgent — has its own price, and that price applies to each traveller included in the application.
• Your total. The total is the price of the processing option you choose, multiplied by the number of travellers on the application.
• Shown before you pay. The total is displayed for confirmation before payment and is fixed at that point. A later change to our prices does not alter an application that has already been priced.
• Currency. The amount charged is in Azerbaijani manat (AZN). Where a US dollar figure is shown alongside it, that figure is for information only and is not the amount taken from your card.

Refundable and Non-Refundable Amounts

Part of what you pay covers work carried out as soon as an application is prepared and submitted, and that part is not refundable once that work has begun. The remainder may be refundable depending on the circumstances.

The refundable and non-refundable portions of each price are published on our Azerbaijan eVisa fee page. The circumstances in which a refund is available are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Paying for an application pays for preparing and submitting it. It is not a payment for a visa, and it does not guarantee that one will be issued — that decision is made by the Azerbaijani authorities and not by us.

Chargeback Policy

Prohibition of Fraudulent Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] to resolve any billing issues or disputes.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution and could result in additional verification procedures.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights to initiate a chargeback in accordance with applicable card network rules.

Consequences of Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, evisa.co.az reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any pending visa application the disputed payment relates to
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any administrative fees incurred
• Report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant fraud prevention databases and authorities
• Take legal action to recover losses, including attorney fees and court costs
• Decline to provide further services to the applicant

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of the transaction. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing disputes promptly and fairly without the need for chargeback proceedings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Liability Exemptions

evisa.co.az is responsible only for submitting the Azerbaijan e-Visa application on behalf of the applicant and cannot be held responsible for the result of said application, as approval is subject to the Azerbaijani government’s authorization. evisa.co.az cannot be held responsible for e-Visa application results that are produced from providing erroneous information or from a mistake made by the applicant.

evisa.co.az is not liable should the applicant receive a visa denial due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Additionally, in the case that the applicant’s e-Visa is denied by the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he/she accepts that neither the Azerbaijani Government nor evisa.co.az is required to provide a reason.

evisa.co.az reserves the right to cancel an application and to delete the personal information held for it if the applicant:

• Disregards, changes, or omits any part of the required application procedure
• Does not meet eligibility requirements and is therefore considered unsuitable to complete the online application
• Gives fraudulent or erroneous personal information
• Participates in any unlawful activity

Sanctions and Restricted Countries

Compliance with International Sanctions

evisa.co.az is committed to complying with all applicable international sanctions, export controls, and trade restrictions imposed by the United Nations, European Union, United States, United Kingdom, and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Prohibited Users

evisa.co.az does not provide services to:

• Individuals or entities listed on any applicable sanctions list, including but not limited to the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, EU Consolidated List, or UN Security Council Sanctions List
• Citizens or residents of countries subject to comprehensive sanctions that prohibit the provision of services
• Individuals acting on behalf of sanctioned governments, entities, or individuals

Screening and Verification

If an applicant is found to be a sanctioned individual or entity, or if there is reasonable suspicion of sanctions evasion:

• The application will be rejected
• No refund will be provided
• The matter may be reported to relevant authorities

User Representation

By using evisa.co.az, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a sanctioned individual or entity
• You are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned individual, entity, or government
• The funds used for payment are not derived from or associated with any sanctioned country, individual, or entity
• Your travel to Azerbaijan does not violate any applicable sanctions or trade restrictions

Prohibition

The following is a list of the restrictions and prohibited activities for users of evisa.co.az:

• Commit any illegal acts
• Copy or share any content or services provided on evisa.co.az
• Violate the website’s copyright or intellectual property
• Participate in any activity that may harm evisa.co.az or its employees, shareholders, or third parties
• Insult this website, its members, or third parties
• Use or spread malicious software programs or computer viruses
• Conduct data collection activities on or related to our website without express written consent granted by evisa.co.az
• Submit applications using false, fraudulent, or stolen identity documents
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas of the website
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the website without authorization

Service Contents

evisa.co.az reserves the right to modify or remove content regarding the services offered, management methods, and conditions, at any time, without being required to provide advanced notice. Website users agree to be bound by the conditions detailed herein and understand that any infringements of these rights may result in legal proceedings against them.

Suspension of Services

evisa.co.az reserves the right to temporarily suspend its services in case of any of the following situations:

• System maintenance, whether urgent or necessary
• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, tidal waves, etc.) or public disturbances (strikes, riots, war, etc.)
• Unanticipated failure in electricity supplies
• Fires
• Updates, technical difficulties, or changes to the system
• Cyberattacks, security breaches, or other security-related incidents
• Other reasons beyond our reasonable control

Both this website and the user agree that evisa.co.az will not be liable for any damages suffered by a user or third party in the event that our services are suspended for any reasons, including those listed above, and thus indemnify us against any act which can affect the service provided that is beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

1. Amicable Resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations by contacting our Customer Support Team at [email protected]
2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to mediation
3. Jurisdiction: If mediation fails or is not agreed upon, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan

Language

In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Modifications

evisa.co.az reserves the right to amend the contents of the website as well as the terms and conditions detailed herein. These changes may take effect immediately without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure they are aware of the terms and conditions which apply whenever they decide to contract the services offered by evisa.co.az.

We encourage users to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of evisa.co.az after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and evisa.co.az concerning your use of the website and services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
