This Disclaimer explains what eVisa.co.az is, what our service does and does not do, and where responsibility sits at each stage of an Azerbaijan eVisa application. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.
Nature of Our Service
eVisa.co.az is operated by eVisa Services Center LLC, a private company providing a paid visa assistance service to travellers applying for an Azerbaijan eVisa.
When you apply through this website, we:
- provide a guided online application form, with each requirement explained where you reach it;
- check the details and documents you send us before the application goes further, and come back to you if something is missing or unclear;
- submit your application to the official government portal;
- keep you informed by email as the application moves through each stage;
- email you a secure link to download your document once a result has been recorded;
- answer questions about your application while it is with us.
What we do not do is decide the outcome. We prepare and submit; the decision is made elsewhere.
No Government Affiliation
eVisa.co.az is not a government website, a government agency, an embassy, a consulate or an immigration authority, and it is not operated by or on behalf of any of them. We hold no authority to issue, refuse or influence a visa decision.
The Republic of Azerbaijan operates its own electronic visa portal at evisa.gov.az. That website is separate from this one, and applying there is a route you can take yourself instead of using our service. Our prices, our processing options and the assistance we provide are our own, and are not set or endorsed by any government body.
No Guarantee of Visa Approval
We cannot guarantee that an eVisa will be approved or issued.
That decision belongs to the competent Azerbaijani authorities. Applying through us, and paying for that assistance, does not oblige anyone to issue a visa. Careful preparation removes avoidable problems; it does not change the merits of a case, and processing assistance is not an approval guarantee.
A result is recorded for each traveller on an application separately, so travellers on the same application can receive different outcomes. Neither the Azerbaijani authorities nor we are required to give a reason for a refusal. What happens to your payment if an application is refused is set out in our Refund Policy.
Applicant Responsibility
We work from the information and documents you give us. You are responsible for making sure they are accurate and complete, that they match your passport or travel document exactly, and that everything submitted on your behalf is truthful.
Our review looks for what is missing, unclear or inconsistent with what you have supplied. It is not a verification of the truth of your information, and it cannot catch an error we have no way of seeing — a misspelling that reads as a plausible name, or a document that is not the one you meant to send.
Where an application is affected by incorrect or incomplete information given to us, the position is set out in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Travel and Entry Decisions
An approved eVisa is not by itself a guarantee of entry into Azerbaijan. Border officials decide whether to admit a traveller at the point of entry, and they may ask for further documents or refuse entry under requirements that are not ours and that we are not party to.
We have no role at the border and cannot intervene in a decision made there.
Information and Changes to Requirements
Eligibility, visa rules, official fees and entry requirements are set by the Azerbaijani authorities and can change, sometimes without notice. Where this website explains those requirements we say where the information came from and when it was last reviewed, and we keep it current.
Even so, the authorities and their official publications remain the authoritative source for government requirements and decisions. If a specific detail matters to a specific trip, it is worth confirming against the official source as well.

This website links to external websites, including official government sources, because those links are useful. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. A link is not an endorsement, and it does not indicate any relationship with the site it points to.
Limitation of Information
The guidance on this website is general information about the Azerbaijan eVisa and about our own service. It is not legal, immigration or travel advice, and it cannot account for the circumstances of an individual case.
Processing times shown on this website are estimates for the work we carry out. How long an authority takes to reach a decision is not something we control, and delays outside our reasonable control are covered in our Delivery Policy. Website content may be updated or corrected at any time.
Nothing in this Disclaimer removes any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, and nothing here overrides our Terms and Conditions, which govern the service itself.
