This Delivery Policy outlines how evisa.co.az delivers its electronic visa (e-Visa) services to applicants. As a fully digital service provider, we do not ship physical products; all deliverables are sent electronically.
1. Method of Delivery
1.1 Notification by Email
Once your e-Visa application has been approved by the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, we email the address you gave during the application to tell you it is ready. That email contains a secure personal link to a page where your e-Visa can be downloaded.
The link is issued for your application only, expires after a period, and is replaced whenever a new one is sent. Delivery is considered complete once that notification has been sent to the email address you provided.
1.2 Downloading Your e-Visa
You do not need an account with us, and there is nothing to register or log in to. To reach your e-Visa at any time, use the check your application status page and enter your application reference together with the email address the application was made with. We then email you a fresh secure link.
You can download the document as many times as you need for as long as the application is held. Please note that applications are removed after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy, and the download link stops working at that point — so keep your own copy.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
The delivery time depends on the processing type selected during your application. While we strive to process applications as quickly as possible, the final approval lies with the Azerbaijani government.
| Processing Type | Estimated Delivery Time |
|---|---|
| Standard Processing | Within 3 working days |
| Urgent Processing | Within 3 hours |
Note: The “Estimated Delivery Time” begins after the payment has been successfully confirmed and all required documents have been submitted correctly.
3. Delays and Exceptions
While most applications are processed within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Government System Maintenance: Technical issues or maintenance on the official government portal.
- Additional Security Checks: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs may require additional time to review specific applications.
- Public Holidays: Processing may be slower during Azerbaijani national holidays or non-working days for Standard processing.
- Incomplete Information: If your application requires correction or additional documents, delivery will be delayed until the issue is resolved.
evisa.co.az is not responsible for delays caused by the Government of Azerbaijan or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Non-Receipt of Delivery
If you have not received your e-Visa within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your spam or junk folder: automated emails sometimes end up there.
- Check the email address you used: make sure the address given in your application was correct.
- Check your application status: use the check your application status page with your application reference and email address.
- Contact support: if you still cannot reach your e-Visa, contact our Customer Support Team.
5. File Format and Printing
- Format: Your e-Visa is provided as a downloadable file — a PDF or an image file. A PDF reader is needed to open a PDF.
- Printing: You must print your e-Visa and keep a hard copy with your passport while traveling. It is also recommended to save a digital copy on your mobile device.
