Is eVisa Azerbaijan the official government eVisa website?
No. eVisa.co.az is operated by eVisa Services Center LLC, an independent commercial service that prepares and submits eVisa applications for travellers. We are not part of the Azerbaijani government and this is not a government website. You are free to apply through the official route yourself instead. How much does an Azerbaijan eVisa cost through your service?
USD 59 for standard processing and USD 130 for urgent processing. Each figure is the complete amount you pay us for one application — nothing is added at checkout and there is no separate bill afterwards. Part of each amount is refundable and part is not. The fee page sets out the split and what the price covers.
Can I apply for an Azerbaijan eVisa directly instead?
Yes, and for some travellers that is the better choice. Azerbaijan runs its own electronic visa portal, where the charges are a USD 20 state fee plus a USD 9 portal service fee. That route costs less because you do the preparation and checking yourself; our price covers that work. Both routes are compared on the fee page.
What is the difference between standard and urgent processing?
The price, and how close to your travel date you can apply. Standard costs USD 59 and urgent USD 130, and you choose between them while completing the application; urgent accepts a nearer arrival date than standard does. We do not publish a guaranteed turnaround. The official system also expects an application at least three working days before travel. See the fee page.
Can I apply for an Azerbaijan eVisa for several travellers?
Yes. One application can cover more than one traveller, and our price applies per application rather than per person. Family and group applications each take between two and ten applicants; a family larger than ten is split across more than one application. What do I need before I start an Azerbaijan eVisa application?
A passport or travel document, a clear scan of its data page, your travel dates and where you will be staying, and an email address you actually check — that is where notifications about the application are sent. An eVisa is valid for 90 days and allows a stay of up to 30 days, and your passport must be valid for at least 180 days. The requirements page has the full checklist.
Why was my Azerbaijan eVisa passport scan rejected?
It depends where the rejection happened. Our upload may refuse the file itself, because of its format, size or readability. The official system may accept the file but fail to read the document inside it. And a complete application can still be refused for reasons that have nothing to do with the scan. How can I check my Azerbaijan eVisa application status?
You need two things: your application reference, which looks like AZ-0000-000000 and appears in the emails we have sent you, and the email address the application was made with. Enter both and we email a secure link to that address, showing the current status for everyone travelling on it. What each status means explains the stages.
